Community Advisory Committee (CAC)

Members of the Community Advisory Committee (CAC) work alongside existing community champions and leaders to strengthen valuable partnerships, secure new and improved resources, and ensure continuous improvement at the neighborhood level and our local Community Centers.

There are nine regions within Chattanooga that divide community centers based on proximity, neighborhood culture, and various other factors. Members in each region work with city representatives and leaders to create opportunities, services, and resources that residents would like to utilize in their respective community centers. Members of CAC work on projects within their region to reach community goals.

RESULTS ARE IN!

We appreciate every person who took the time to take the "Your Center, Your Future" Community Survey. Over 1000 completed surveys were collected and evaluated.

Here are some takeaways from what residents suggested for community centers in Chattanooga. Our next phase will be working with the Community Advisory Committees (CAC) to execute a plan to implement these suggestions in centers across the city.
