
Community Take Action: Task Forces
The Chattanooga-Hamilton County Family Justice Center hosts a variety of task forces aimed at addressing needs in our city. The task forces are open to all members of the community and achieve Mayor Kelly's One Chattanooga vision.
This coalition of providers and community members meets quarterly to address high-level needs through advocacy and collaborative efforts.

Health Task Force
2 participantsThe Health Task Force Task Force brings together professionals and advocates in the medical, mental health, and addiction treatment fields to provide training and development for practitioners to best serve victims and survivors of IPV.

Inter-Faith Task Force
1 participantThe Inter-Faith Task Force connects believers and leaders from various faiths in the community to come and address domestic violence, raise awareness, and offer training opportunities for those interested in helping their place of worship become a safe place for survivors to seek help.

Legal Task Force
1 participantThe Legal Task Force focuses on legislative advocacy that can benefit survivors and victims of domestic violence and other forms of abuse and harrassment.

Men PACT Task Force
2 participantsThe Men PACT Task Force works towards reducing intimate partner violence (IPV) by helping men of all ages recognize their role in preventing IPV, develop positive identities in manhood, and fostering healthy relationships.

Underserved & Youth Populations Task Force
1 participantThe Underserved Populations & Youth Task Force gathers together those who want to make positive impacts in their neighborhood, particularly with those who are historically underrepresented, and empower citizens to drive change where it's needed most.
