The best designed urban policy is informed by real experiences. Through community engagement, Communities Speak seeks to hear from Chattanoogans. We identify demographic correlations by analyzing socioeconomic and sociocultural factors that inform shared and unique challenges, desires, and visions for the City.

Analysis
What's the point of speaking if no one is listening? During this phase we work with our community partners to make sense of what we heard from the community. Once we have a shared understanding of the findings from the survey we then move into the action phase to come up with programs and policies to address the findings.
